Mawra Hocane or Mawra Hussain〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Biography - Official website )〕 () (born September 28, 1992) is a Pakistani VJ, model and actress. She has performed in several Pakistani television serial dramas including ''Aahista Aahista'', ''Ik Tamanna Lahasil Si'' and ''Nikhar Gaye Gulab Sare''. Hocane was born in Karachi but she grew up in Islamabad where her family was moved and where she completed her pre-medical education from Bahria College. She is currently studying LL.B. at the University College of Islamabad.〔 She is the sister of television actress Urwa Hocane. She performed as a theater artist before working as a VJ at ARY Musik. Hocane was cast in the Bollywood film, ''Sanam Teri Kasam''. She currently has signed three Bollywood projects.〔 After she tweeted about the Bollywood film ''Phantom'', which had been banned in Pakistan, she became the target of a social media harassment campaign.
